PharmaShift is a custom-built portal designed for Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Company to manage pharmacy staff shifts and attendance. The solution integrates Airtable (as the relational database) with Softr (as the user-facing portal) and Make (for automation and integrations).

The platform allows managers to:

_ Create, assign, and publish shifts.
_ Balance assignments across employees and positions.
_ Print daily assignments in a one-page view.
_ Automate justifications for late check-ins and publish logic after 10 PM.
_ Track attendance, compliance, and operational KPIs.
_ Employees can clock in/clock out directly from the portal, using custom code with geolocation validation to ensure on-site compliance.

By combining Softr’s flexibility with Airtable’s relational power, PharmaShift helped streamline workforce management in a regulated environment, reducing manual workload and ensuring ISO compliance.
