Through the portal, partners can submit new leads and track their progress in real time. All lead status updates are automatically synchronized from Salesforce, ensuring transparency while maintaining Salesforce as the single source of truth for the sales pipeline.
In addition to lead tracking, the portal provides a comprehensive commission overview. Partners can clearly see which commissions are expected based on converted deals and which payments have already been processed. This creates financial clarity and reduces administrative back-and-forth.
The platform also includes a centralized document center where partners can download up-to-date marketing materials, sales decks, and enablement resources.
Technically, the portal is built on Softr as the user interface layer, connected to Salesforce for deal data and supported by automation tools such as Make or n8n for synchronization. The architecture ensures scalability, security, and flexibility for future enhancements such as automated payouts or multi-tier partner programs.
