Nexplore required a full-scale classroom management system to replace its legacy PHP platform. The project involved developing a multi-role education portal using Softr, Airtable, and Supabase for data handling. Key features included:
Role-based permissions for Admin, Instructor, HR, Sales, Logistics, and Site Managers.
A dynamic React-based “Add Class” form deployed on Vercel, supporting date generation, grading logic, and no-class day handling.
Integration between Airtable (core data), Supabase (high-volume class dates), and Softr (frontend UI).
Automations ensuring user creation and synchronization across multiple tables.
Plans for future enhancements, including student registration and payment flows via Authorize.net API.
The platform was engineered for scalability, allowing future modules such as instructor portals, logistics tracking, and site-specific reporting.
