This portal was engineered in just seven days to solve a specific market pain point: the administrative fragmentation faced by independent fitness professionals.
Drawing on 20+ years of UX leadership, I designed this solution to replace the chaotic "email and spreadsheet" method of studio management. The portal serves as a high-performance "single source of truth," allowing instructors to manage complex schedules, secure venue data, and automate student onboarding within a single, mobile-optimised interface.
