InternPath is a no-code web application built with Softr and Airtable, designed to simplify the OJT (on-the-job training) process for college students, companies, and university coordinators.
The Problem
Finding an internship as a college student in the Philippines often relies on word-of-mouth, printed flyers, or outdated school bulletin boards. There was no centralized, digital platform where students could browse verified companies, check available training slots, and submit applications — all in one place.
The Solution
InternPath brings the entire OJT journey online. Students can search and filter listings by industry, location, and required hours, view detailed company profiles, and track their application status from a personal dashboard. Companies can post open training slots and manage incoming applicants. University OJT coordinators get a dedicated dashboard to monitor student placements, approve endorsements, and generate placement reports.
