Event Flows

Event Flows is a portal created with Softr and Softr databases, aiming to allow venue owners or vendors to list their properties and customers to find a property within the portal. Customers looking for a venue for events such as a networking event, birthday, or wedding can use the portal to view all venues and vendors and inquire with a specific vendor. Hosts can also sign up on the portal to showcase their venue. The portal allows users to filter venues based on event category, accessibility, catering services, and amenities. Each venue has a detail page that displays information like the address, event categories, gallery images, host contact information (name, number, email), a description, seating capacity, amenities, catering information, cancellation policy, a map, and reviews/directions. The system also includes a database with two tables: one listing all venues and their information, where the admin can approve applications by changing the status, and another for inquiries connected to the forms filled out by customers.
