Cresa ProjectHub
Cresa is the world's largest occupier-only commercial real estate firm, and until 2026 its new-business pipeline lived in a Smartsheet that only covered pursuits, plus email threads, Excel trackers, and individual memory. ProjectHub now gives 750+ team members one place to manage pursuits, client work, and internal initiatives, with role-based views for six personas and reporting that leadership pulls on demand. Built entirely on Softr, with Softr Database, Softr Workflows, and custom Vibe Coding components.
From the partner
Cresa is the world's largest commercial real estate firm working exclusively for occupiers, and its Client Solutions team owns the pursuit process that brings in new clients. Before ProjectHub, that process ran on what their own internal deck called fragmented systems with hidden costs: a Smartsheet dashboard that only tracked pursuits, email threads, Excel trackers, SharePoint folders, and the memory of whoever touched the deal last. Client work and internal initiatives had no formal tracking at all. Board reporting meant a senior team member pulling numbers from multiple sources by hand, nobody could see which tasks were overdue or whose they were, and pursuits worth millions in contract value depended on manual follow-ups that sometimes didn't happen.
ProjectHub replaced all of it with a single platform. Every account, project, and task lives in one hierarchy covering all three work types: pursuits, client work, and internal initiatives. Six roles, from sales teams submitting intake to executives reading pipeline analytics, each get their own view of the same data. Advisors see their pursuits and deadlines, workflow managers assign teams and monitor capacity in real time, and anyone can build and save their own filtered views instead of asking someone to run a report.
For the internal team, the biggest change is the work that disappeared. The follow-up and notification emails that used to hold the program together now send themselves through Softr Workflows, including due-date alerts, status-change notifications, and recurring digests. Every edit is logged automatically with who changed what and when. Reports that once took hours to assemble are built by the team itself through a self-serve Reporting Builder, and user, account, and permission management happens in-house without a developer ticket.
The standout is a question Cresa could never answer before: which advisors are actually winning, at what rate, and where? Producing that view used to mean days of pulling from disconnected sources every time leadership asked. Today the Broker Scorecard tracks win rate and conversion across 739 advisors, live, in a custom React interface built with Softr's Vibe Coding blocks, the same approach behind the role-specific dashboards and the Reporting Builder.
The results: 793 projects across 805 accounts and 753 team members now run through ProjectHub, with roughly 600 historical pursuits migrated and validated from Smartsheet in a single cutover. The platform went from discovery to production in 10 weeks and retired the Smartsheet, tracker, and email workflows entirely. ProjectHub has become the operating system of the Client Solutions team and is now expanding to Cresa's Strategy & Analytics and Technology groups, with the post-win Transitions process next on the roadmap.
