Flowdesk is a lightweight, intuitive client request management portal built to improve clarity, transparency, and collaboration between teams and their clients. The portal provides a centralized space where clients can easily submit requests, monitor progress, and stay aligned with the status of their work in real time.
The portal supports two user roles: Admins and Clients, each with a tailored experience. Admin users are given a clear dashboard view that displays total requests, open items, requests pending approval, and completed work. Admins can review all client requests in one place, update request statuses via dropdowns, add internal comments, and manage client records through a quick-access client list.
Client users see a simplified, personalized view showing only their own data. From their dashboard, clients can submit new requests using a guided form, track the status of existing requests, and view visual summaries such as request counts and completion progress. Clients can filter their requests by status, review descriptions, approve items when needed, and edit request details when changes are required.
