The Caregiver Base Camp project for Itinerist.org delivers an intelligent, user-friendly caregiver platform that integrates data, automation, and AI to improve the caregiving experience. Migrating from Notion to Airtable allowed for structured data handling and cross-page automation. Softr was integrated to power a secure web interface under a custom domain with SSO, subscription gating, and multi-tenant user management. The system connects care-related data—such as medications, appointments, and physician lists—into a unified calendar and notes system. Automations streamline updates between prescription, physician, and appointment modules, while a Chrome web clipper and custom GPT integration enhance efficiency. Future phases include adding WhatsApp or in-dashboard chat and Google Calendar integration.
