PandaDoc

Documents & e-signing

Create, send, and manage proposals and contracts.

Overview

The Softr PandaDoc integration lets your workflows create documents from a PandaDoc template and send them out for e-signature. Map form answers, database records, or the output of earlier steps into the template's fields, and PandaDoc handles the signing flow — tracking status as recipients open, view, and sign.

In a typical Softr app, PandaDoc turns records into signed agreements: a client portal request becomes a contract, an onboarding form becomes a signed agreement, and a status change in your admin dashboard can kick off a new document — all without leaving your workflow.

Available actions

  • Create document from templateGenerate a PandaDoc document from a template, filled with data mapped from forms, records, or earlier steps.
  • Send documentSend a created document to its recipients for review and e-signature.
  • Get document statusCheck whether a document has been viewed, completed, or declined, so downstream steps can react.
