I am the Chief Operating Officer of Aulysius, a consultancy specializing in AI-powered project management and sustainability solutions for enterprise organizations. In this role, I focus on helping companies transform the way they plan, execute, and scale their operations by leveraging modern SaaS platforms, intelligent automation, and data-driven decision-making.

Our work centers on enabling organizations to move beyond traditional project management toward more connected, transparent, and AI-enabled ways of working.
