A comprehensive system was developed in Airtable and Softr, specifically designed to meet the management needs of a dental laboratory. The system brings together in a single platform the administration of clients, collections, and order tracking, allowing the laboratory to maintain an organized and transparent operation.
Through a structured database, all doctors and clients are registered, orders are linked to a product catalog with real-time editable prices, and the progress of each job can be monitored. The financial side is managed through a collections module that displays, on a daily and weekly basis, how much has been collected per client, per doctor, and per department, while also integrating with a payment gateway to simplify billing processes.
The system generates daily reports detailing revenue and payment methods and presents visual dashboards with key performance indicators that help identify behavior patterns, strategic clients, and areas for improvement. Finally, with the support of automations, repetitive tasks are reduced, communication is streamlined, and information remains constantly updated.
Altogether, this solution provides the laboratory with a modern, flexible, and efficient tool that facilitates decision-making and enhances both control and the level of service delivered to its clients.
