An operative client portal for activity logs and tracking system

A pilot social value mapping tool for four health organisations (LCW, SelDoc, Mastercall, Cumbria Health). The aim is for each organisation to log, view and later edit activities that evidence their social & environmental impact so that the Connectives can prodcuce social reporta for them
Ideal user journey:
• Each organisation has a private dashboard (only visible to them)
• On login they see 5 domain “projects”: People, Planet, Prosperity, Place, Values & Practice
• Clicking a domain (e.g. People) shows indicator cards for that domain (e.g. supporting wellbeing, reducing inequity)
• Selecting an indicator:
– shows any previous activities logged for that indicator
– allows them to click “ Record an activity ”
• Recording an activity opens a form (activity name, date, values, narrative, evidence links etc)
• Once submitted, the activity is visible on the page and the organisation can return to it later and edit/update it
