It automates workflows like onboarding users, assigning licenses (Single or Organization), and managing organization-specific data using Make’s webhook triggers.
Role-based access ensures users like Admins, Organization Admins, and Standard Users can perform tasks such as:
- Creating programs
- Managing members
- Tracking progress
Programs can be:
- Public
- Private
- Organization-specific
Goals are customizable and can be tracked:
- Daily
- Weekly
- For specific durations
Telegram integration allows automated reminders and updates for goals, making tracking seamless.
Data is centralized in Airtable, while Make handles automation, ensuring real-time updates, notifications, and streamlined operations.
