"The Simbase Partner Portal was developed to streamline how internal users and external partners collaborate on deals and commission workflows. Built using Softr and Airtable, the system allows internal users to manage partners, deals, and commissions, while external partners access only their assigned records.
The platform features user-friendly dashboards, partner invitations, and deal management with clearly defined status flows: Pending Review → Accepted → Rejected → Won → Lost. Automations ensure deal progression and visibility updates without manual data handling.
Internal users have complete oversight, while partners are restricted to their own deals and invoices. The interface was optimized for clarity and accessibility, with UI enhancements and limited custom code for design refinement.
The project established a scalable framework for future expansion, including automated commission calculations and tier-based reporting modules."
