Overview:
Riggs Distributing, a U.S.-based distributor of high-end kitchen appliances, needed a secure Dealer Portal to streamline communication and collaboration with their network of retailers — without exposing the complex internal structure of their monday.com CRM.
Solution:
We built a fully integrated portal using Softr, connected to monday.com and Make automations. Dealers can now:
🔐 Apply for access through a registration form linked to monday.com for approval
📨 Automatically receive login credentials once approved (via Make automation)
🧭 Access a personalized dashboard with key metrics like sales, active displays, and referrals
🏪 View all store displays, filter by brand or location, and request new displays directly from the portal
🛒 Use a custom checkout flow to request new displays — with data syncing back to monday.com and automations managing the approval, pricing, and shipping workflow
Impact:
This solution centralized dealer interactions, automated account provisioning, and connected the entire request-to-fulfillment process — empowering Riggs to manage their dealer network efficiently while maintaining full control over data and approvals.
