Recruitment Platform MVP (Softr + Airtable)

The project involved designing and developing an MVP recruitment platform using Softr and Airtable as the core stack. Recruiters and candidates could register through distinct sign-up flows, with recruiters showcased in a searchable directory. Each recruiter page featured a direct contact button allowing candidates to send an email (with a required resume attachment) to the recruiter. A review system for recruiters was also initiated to enable feedback from candidates. The platform emphasized usability, clean structure, and extendability for future enhancements. The client retained the ability to manage listings and workflows through Airtable automations integrated with Softr’s dynamic pages.
