M2HS Initiative Dashboard | SPED Strategies
Built a centralized SPED assessment analytics platform using Softr and Airtable to bring together data from four assessments into one system. Designed role-based experiences for District Leaders and Teachers, with conditional data access, assessment analytics, student-level insights, completion tracking, survey comparisons, and interactive dashboards. The system was structured to improve visibility into student readiness and progress while reducing the complexity of managing assessment data across multiple sources.

The M2HS Initiative Dashboard is a centralized assessment analytics platform built for SPED Strategies to help districts and schools track student readiness and progress from middle school through high school.

The system provides different experiences for District Leaders and Teachers, ensuring users only see data relevant to their district or school. I designed and implemented dynamic analytics dashboards, including assessment completion trends, unique student tracking, score distributions, question-level breakdowns, growth tracking, and student assessment records.
A major focus of the project was creating consistent filtering across the platform, allowing analytics and student data to dynamically update based on survey window, school, grade level, teacher, and assessment selection.
I also structured the Airtable backend, connected assessment data across multiple tables, implemented automations to maintain district and school data relationships, and refined the dashboards based on stakeholder feedback to ensure the analytics were clear, meaningful, and easy for non-technical users to understand.
