Applications are stored in Airtable and reviewed internally before approval. Once approved, partners complete a formal agreement process and are granted secure, invite-only access to a private partner portal.

Within the partner portal, approved users can submit patient referrals, view referral history, track payout statements, and access their signed agreement documents. All data displayed in the portal is strictly filtered so that partners can only view their own information, ensuring privacy and compliance. Administrative workflows are supported through structured Airtable tables and views, allowing internal staff to manage partner approvals, referrals, and payouts efficiently.
