This app is a complete membership and event management system designed specifically for business networking groups and their members. Built using Softr and powered by Airtable, it brings registrations, payments, communication and administration into one simple, easy-to-use platform.

Business owners can register online, manage their membership and pay monthly subscriptions through a secure integration with Stripe. Once logged in, members can view upcoming networking events, confirm attendance, record food preferences and access information relevant only to their level of membership, ensuring a clean and personalised experience.

For network owners and franchise operators, the system provides full control over administration. New members and visitors can be added centrally, franchise groups can be managed with restricted access, and attendance data such as visitor numbers and absences is tracked automatically. All data is stored in one place, making reporting clearer and significantly reducing manual admin.

Automated emails handle confirmations, reminders and follow-ups, reducing the need for manual communication while improving consistency and engagement. Role-based access ensures members, organisers and franchise owners only see what’s relevant to them, while the underlying system remains flexible enough to scale as the network grows.
