LeadscrafterB2B Portal is a purpose-built, no-code lead intelligence platform I created with Softr to deliver dynamic, high-quality company leads across the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region. The portal combines automated web data extraction, subscription billing, and workflow orchestration so businesses can discover, qualify, and purchase targeted B2B leads without manual scraping or painful data wrangling.
Core architecture & integrations
Softr (frontend + access control): The portal’s user interface, membership system, dashboard, search, and filtering are all built in Softr. It provides SaaS-style membership tiers, protected lead pages, downloadable exports, and a polished UX for both buyers and admins.
Apify (data sourcing & scraping): Apify runs scheduled crawlers and scrapers across industry directories, company sites, public registries, and other permitted sources in the DACH market. Scrapers are tuned for German-language pages and region-specific formats to capture accurate company details.
Zapier (workflow automation & orchestration): Zapier connects Apify and Stripe to Softr’s backend. It receives Apify webhooks, normalizes and deduplicates records, maps fields to the portal’s database, triggers enrichment/validation steps, and pushes updates to Softr in near real-time.
Stripe (payments & subscription management): Stripe handles one-time purchases, subscription tiers, metered billing (lead credits), payment retries, and webhooks. Zapier listens to Stripe webhooks to update user entitlements in Softr (e.g., add credits, upgrade access, revoke access on failed payments).

Source & scrape — Apify runs crawlers on a schedule (daily/weekly/real-time) against pre-approved DACH sources. Scrapers extract structured fields like company name, HQ address, industry, employee band, website, phone, publicly available email patterns, and notes about business activities.
Webhook → Zapier — When Apify completes a job it POSTs results to Zapier. Zapier runs transform steps: field normalization, language-aware parsing (German date/number formats), deduplication checks, and threat/quality filters.
Enrich & validate — Optional validation steps (e.g., website health, email pattern checks) ensure leads are actionable before being saved.
Save to portal — Zapier writes the processed records into the portal’s backend (Softr’s data source or a connected database) and marks each lead with metadata: source, timestamp, freshness, and confidence score.
Delivery & access — Depending on the customer’s subscription (metered credits, tiered access, or pay-per-lead), Zapier or Stripe webhooks grant access so the user can view, download, or claim leads. The portal updates the user’s credits and delivers usage receipts automatically.
Ongoing refreshes — Leads are revalidated on a schedule or on-demand, keeping the dataset fresh and reducing stale contacts.
