For Keyoo, we designed and implemented a client and project tracking intranet tailored to meet the needs of both internal teams and external stakeholders. The system functions as a centralized project management hub, streamlining communication, documentation, and progress tracking across multiple initiatives.
A key feature of the solution is its role-based access structure:
• Workers can update tasks, log progress, and access relevant project resources.
• Supervisors have oversight across projects, with tools for monitoring performance, approving milestones, and reallocating resources as needed.
• Clients can securely log in to track the status of their programs, ensuring transparency and building trust throughout the delivery cycle.
By combining internal workflow management with client-facing visibility, the KAYON intranet strengthens accountability, improves collaboration, and ensures projects remain aligned with deadlines and expectations.
