iSeekplant – Quotation & Offer Management System
Design and implementation of a modular quotation and offer management system integrated with iSeekplant’s marketplace data using Airtable, UUID tracking, and document automation.

Constructiv Technologies (iSeekplant) collaborated on developing a structured quoting system designed for its construction marketplace ecosystem. The solution allows users to create single, trackable quotes per lead while dynamically adding multiple hire, service, and additional charge line items. Each quote maintains a live summary table for transparency, enabling users to review, modify, or remove entries before submission.
The platform architecture introduced the concept of offerings—predefined marketplace services linked to unique UUIDs. Customers could also create new offerings and additional charges within the app, generating unique UUIDs internally for each record to ensure data integrity.

- Quotation creation with embedded modals for quote date, validity, and line item management.
- Dynamic dropdowns for customer-specific offerings and charge types.
- Integration-ready HTML-based quote pages for PDF generation or external e-signature tools.
- Security enhancements ensuring API keys and bearer tokens are handled server-side.
- The system streamlines pricing operations for both internal teams and marketplace users, improving accuracy, scalability, and compliance with the platform’s data model.
