The app syncs directly with HubSpot and includes tenant and admin user roles.
How it works:
Tenant ticket submission and status tracking:
Tenants log into a secure portal, where they can submit new support tickets and view the status of previous ones. Each tenant account is synced with an existing contact list in HubSpot to avoid duplicating data across systems. The ticket submission form is powered by Softr’s form builder and uses conditional logic to guide users based on issue category and subcategory. Tenants can upload photos, provide details, and select the type of problem they’re experiencing.
HubSpot ticket creation and automated tenant notifications:
Every form submission creates a corresponding ticket in HubSpot, complete with the tenant's information and attachments. When a tenant submits a ticket, they receive a confirmation email via HubSpot. Updates, such as a resolved status or a request for feedback, are automatically sent through HubSpot as well.
Admin view:
While most ticket management continues in HubSpot, where the property management team works, the company has the option to view and manage tickets in the Softr admin dashboard if needed.
