The Vision
The client came to us with a clear goal: create a unified HR platform that could handle everything from job postings to onboarding and connect seamlessly with their existing systems. As a growing agency, they needed something structured, user-friendly, and smart enough to bridge HR, operations, and finance.

The Problem
Before the portal, the client’s HR process was disjointed. Job postings were managed manually, candidate communication lived in inboxes, and there was no smooth handoff between hiring and onboarding. Applicants lacked visibility, and internal teams often had to piece together onboarding steps across multiple platforms.

Our Approach
We designed a platform that automated the full HR lifecycle — from posting a job to onboarding a new hire. We prioritised:

  • An efficient dashboard for HR managers
  • Seamless integrations with tools like Teamwork and Gusto

The solution combined a user-friendly interface with robust back-end logic and automations, giving the client full control without added complexity.

Hiring & Onboarding

  • Offer workflows and acceptance tracking

  • Secure document uploads, including certificates of insurance
  • Customisable welcome emails

Operational Integration

  • Task assignments triggered in Teamwork upon hire
  • Account setup prompts and Gusto enrolment
  • Triggered training workflows to support onboarding

The Results
