HNDY Socials’ Portal for Onboarding, Content, and Collaboration
We built a streamlined client portal for HNDY Socials, a hands-on social media agency based in Victoria, Australia. The platform manages onboarding, content approvals, and weekly client communications. It supports Gracey’s high-touch workflow while giving clients a clear, branded experience that feels simple and personal.

HNDY Socials is a boutique social media agency based in regional Victoria, Australia, offering a uniquely hands-on service. Rather than relying on clients to provide content, founder Gracey works directly with them through in-person filming sessions, capturing high-quality content in bulk and managing the entire content strategy herself.
We designed a custom platform to support this high-touch workflow. The portal streamlines client onboarding, content approvals, and communication, allowing Gracey to deliver a premium experience without getting bogged down in admin.
New clients are onboarded through an automated flow that:
- Captures their details
- Sends a welcome email
- Stores signed contracts
Each client receives a personalised dashboard where they can:
- Review content drafts
- Approve or request changes
- Download their final assets
Weekly summary emails keep clients informed without overwhelming them with notifications.
Behind the scenes, the system simplifies Gracey’s operations by:
- Pulling data into Airtable
- Syncing with JotForm
- Supporting weekly or fortnightly content cycles
We also embedded calendar views and integrated her existing Wix booking flow to avoid unnecessary tool changes.
The result is a client experience that feels clear, curated, and professional, while giving Gracey more time to focus on what she loves most: creating impactful content for her local community.
