I developed a comprehensive B2B portal for Global Refining Group West to bridge the gap between complex industrial refining and client transparency. The system handles secure user onboarding (including 2FA and dynamic contract generation), lot management, and multi-package shipment tracking. A key highlight is the custom reporting engine that calculates metal Ppm (parts per million) based on dry weight and troy ounces, providing clients with automated "Shipment Summaries." The stack utilizes Softr’s Professional features, Airtable for relational data integrity, and Make.com for document automation and notifications.
