Diocese of Fall River – Priest Ministry Portal
Designed and developed a modern internal portal to streamline priest communication, ministry relief requests, event coordination, and access to policies and ongoing formation resources. Complete with user permissions, dashboards, and email-ready workflows.

I led the design and build of a custom portal for the Diocese of Fall River to support priests in their day-to-day ministry. The platform includes core features such as:
- Ministry Relief Requests: A system to manage leave requests, mass coverage, and assignment tracking.
- Dynamic Dashboards: Personalized views for priests, including upcoming responsibilities, recent news, and quick access to tools.
- Resource Hubs: Easily accessible pages for ongoing formation programs, policies, documents, and guides.
- Content Management: Admins can publish updates, announcements, and key diocesan communications.
- Role-Based Permissions: Structured user access for different roles within the diocese.
- Modern UI: Clean, responsive interface designed to increase usability and engagement across age groups.
The system is live-ready, scalable, and built in collaboration with diocesan leadership. I also proposed a rollout and support phase to cover training, onboarding, and iterative improvements.
