BioBuzz Consulting – Life Sciences Marketplace Transformation

BioBuzz Consulting partnered on the creation of a life sciences-focused professional marketplace, aiming to become the “Upwork of biotech.” The project involved designing an integrated environment where employers and consultants could connect, message, schedule calls, and process payments securely.

Sprint 1 delivered core functionality for two-way in-platform messaging, using Softr’s dynamic blocks with Airtable as the backend for data syncing. Additional work planned included booking and scheduling via Calendly or Google integration, payment processing through Stripe Connect, and customer service support via Intercom. The build leveraged automation and database design best practices to ensure scalable growth while maintaining a user-friendly experience.
