The BEP Client Portal was developed to simplify the way BEP Environmental shares inspection data and reports with its clients. Each client receives secure login access, ensuring they can view only their own inspection records. The interface includes search and filter capabilities for organized browsing and quick retrieval of information.

The backend, powered by Google Sheets, allows the BEP team to easily manage and update inspection data without needing advanced technical skills. Clients can download complete PDF reports, while the optional notification system alerts them whenever new reports are uploaded. The portal is optimized for mobile use, ensuring accessibility for field staff and clients on the go. This project delivered a professional, automated, and scalable solution aligned with BEP’s operational needs.
