For Baumit, one of Austria’s leading enterprise companies, we developed a robust inventory and shopping management platform designed to handle complex workflows at scale. The system combines a dynamic inventory database with an integrated shopping process, ensuring that product availability, orders, and replenishments are always transparent and traceable.
A unique aspect of the solution is the built-in budgeting module, which allows departments to plan, allocate, and monitor financial resources with precision. This is complemented by advanced calculation functionalities, ensuring accurate cost control and resource allocation across multiple business units.
Technically, the system leverages Airtable as a centralized database backbone, integrates Doc Automator for automated document workflows, and connects with Google services for collaboration and data synchronization.
