Autocorp – Fleet Management & CRM for Corporate Car Rental

Autocorp is a leading corporate car rental company based in Jakarta, managing a diverse fleet that serves hundreds of businesses across Indonesia. As their fleet and client base expanded, tracking vehicle assignments, routine maintenance, and complex corporate billing agreements across fragmented tools became a major operational bottleneck. To solve this, we built them an end-to-end fleet management system and CRM built on Softr, Airtable, and n8n.

The system includes a public website for clients to browse the fleet, which connects directly to an internal CRM for the sales team. We also automated the document workflow so the system now generates detailed quotations, personalized contracts, and all invoices automatically. It also includes built-in payment reminders to help track accounts receivable without manual follow-ups.

On the operations side, the platform manages daily dispatching and vehicle upkeep. Since Autocorp provides VIP corporate service, they need to ensure every car is compliant with registrations, taxes, and insurance, and routine service. The system tracks all of this maintenance data so if a client needs a quick vehicle swap or emergency assistance, the team always has a replacement ready to go.

Management gets real-time dashboards to track company health at a glance, including cash flow, fleet utilization, and profit margins. By drilling straight into these performance data by vehicle or client, management can pinpoint exactly what drives profitability and make smarter, data-backed decisions—keeping sales, billing, and fleet logistics in perfect sync.
