We built a streamlined event platform for Afikra, a global community of 150,000. The platform allows members to: - Sign up - RSVP for events with a single click - Manage their profiles Organizers can create and manage events. Insiders receive priority access.

We built a custom digital platform for Afikra that simplifies how their community engages with events, organizers, and content. Members can sign up and manage their profiles, providing details such as city, country, and social links. The platform enables one-click RSVPs for events, automatically linking members to specific events and capturing data for reporting and engagement tracking.
Organizers have tools to:
- Create events
- Manage attendance
- Track participation
Insiders receive priority access through a ticketing system that distinguishes between regular and priority quotas.
All data is managed through Airtable, with integrations for email automation, event workflows, and membership tagging. The platform is being rolled out in phases:
- Initial launch: events and organizer onboarding
- Future stages: chapter pages, detailed library content, and enhanced user discovery features
