I designed and built a custom client delivery portal for ACTXV to replace fragmented email updates and unclear task tracking with a single, calm source of truth.
The portal is structured around service periods, giving clients a live snapshot of what’s happening right now versus a clean archive of past work. Active requests flow through a dedicated Delivery Hub, while completed work rolls into monthly Reports, creating a clear separation between in-progress delivery and historical reporting.
The result is a system that:
