Legalo is a legal team template to keep track of all your cases, clients, and billing in one place. This template provides your clients with a separate login to view details of their cases, including the ability for clients to view the status, lawyers working on the case, contact details, and billing. Clients and team members can also add case documents directly through the web app. Perfect for most of your legal case management needs.

How it works


To start with the template, you need to have Softr and Airtable/Google Sheets accounts. You can use the free plan for Softr and Airtable to get started and then upgrade when needed.


Click the "Use Template" button on this page to start with the template. If you don't yet have a Softr account, you'll be prompted to create one. As soon as you're done creating your account, you'll be taken directly to your legal case management application. Your next step will be connecting a data source with mock data to start customizing your database. Further on, you can start playing with the application layout and adding your first users.
