This Vendor Management template helps you collaborate with your vendors. You’ll be able to oversee your service providers, their contracts, and the orders’ workflow for each vendor so that you can keep up with your business SLAs. You can track all your orders and vendors, by accessing their detailed profiles.

All the Airtable data is organized into structured directories with advanced search and filtering, allowing you to quickly find what you need. The template is flexible and allows you to easily scale and adapt it to your team's workflows and way of working.

How it works

To start with the Vendor Management template, you just need to have Softr and Airtable/Google Sheets accounts. You can start with a free plan for Softr and Airtable and upgrade later on as soon as you need to scale.

Clicking the "Use Template" button on this page will take you to your Vendor Management platform, where you can start customizing. Your next step will be connecting a data source with mock data and then you can start modifying your data, adjusting the template layout, adding vendors, and more. There are separate access levels for vendors and your company employees, so that each user group has access to relevant info only.


Vendor management is the set of processes that organizations use to manage their suppliers (aka vendors). Those processes include vendor selection, contract negotiation, overseeing costs, and ensuring delivery of services agreed upon.

As soon as you click the Use the template button, you'll be immediately taken to Softr studio and can start working on the template. If you don't have a Softr account, you'll be prompted to register first (a Free account will work just fine).
